Additional Info: As you can see, this barrel took its sweeeeeeet time coming in for us.

Notes: A fat stack of creme brulee, bread pudding, dark chocolate and salted caramel, a touch of banana cream pie and a long, creamy finish. Lovely sipper with some brown sugar, a fat stack of maple and nougat and some nice oakiness and malt. Strong work, Jack.
