In Douglas Laing & Co’s recent announcement, they announced their newest product: Meet The Beast – an exciting and unusual blend.
Matured in ex-American bourbon barrels, this brand’s bottling is offered at a natural cask strength of 54.9%. It comes packaged in a black bottle with a red capsule and premium gift tube, featuring its trademark mouse character alongside monochromatic colorways complemented by flashes of bold red.
“The original Timorous Beastie may look cute and unassuming, but the spirit inside is a seriously credible Highland Malt, offered at high alcohol strength and without coloring or chill-filtration. Our new limited edition ‘Meet the Beast’ is designed to unleash Timorous Beastie’s wild side in line with a repositioning for the core brand, which seeks to enthuse and excite consumers via premium, credible messaging with a feisty edge. It’s true what they say – beware of the quiet ones!” Director of Marketing Cara Laing said in a prepared statement.
Timorous Beastie “Meet the Beast” is set to retail at $70.53 and will be available for purchase from selected retailers globally, with a limited 3,600 bottles available.
