  • Stir contents for 25 seconds using a long-handled cocktail spoon.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Slow and steady are the key to nailing the layers. Pour slowly using a spoon and make sure all three layers are even and you’re all set!

Irish Mule

What you’ll need:

  • 2 limes and fresh mint leaves
  • 6-8 oz Ginger beer
  • Ice
  • 2 oz Irish whiskey

Instructions:

squeeze one of the limes into a separate cup, and cut up the other for garnishing.

Fill your cup or glass about halfway with ice. Add the two oz of whiskey, then add the lime juice. Next add 6-8 oz of ginger beer (if you’re using Fever-Tree ginger beer, it’s an entire bottle). Top off with more ice if needed, and add the fresh mint leaves and lime on top.
