Ingredients For Whiskey Sour

1.5 oz Whiskey (Angel’s Envy or Buffalo Trace are our choices)
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
Optional garnish: Lemon rind, maraschino cherry, or orange slice

Making a Whiskey Sour

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake to blend. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass to serve “on the rocks.” Typically garnished with Lemon rind, maraschino cherry, orange slice, or even a Sugared glass.
