House Review

Intro:
The second edition of Bowman’s cask-strength releases, this hazmat-proof release is small in volume and mighty in proof. Let’s dive in!
Nose:
Rich and oh so intoxicating. Opulent cherry cordial, cola, werther’s candies, creme brulee and madagascar vanilla. Beyond rich.
Taste:
Layers and layers on the palate. Silky and viscous, it’s syrupy and almost chewy. Bold cherry, barrel char, tobacco, creme brulee and salted caramel. It’s proofy but not punishing, unleashing flavor after flavor.
Finish:
Long finish, cola and cherry throughout once more. Creme brulee and pungent pipe tobacco see this through a nearly eternal finish.
Overall:
Easily the best expression from Bowman I’ve ever had the opportunity to try, this is a mighty pour that’s worth the trouble to find. Incredible stuff.
