Intro:
Another single cask from Angel's Envy - this comes from barrel #3176 and was bottled at a notable 53% ABV.

Nose:
Pungent date fruit, toffee, cocoa, rich tobacco and jammy blackberry

Taste:
Rich on the palate, tons of character without too much wine. Sweet tobacco, fig, stewed fruits and cherry cordial

Finish:
Long finish that’s peppery and jammy - nice oak character and tons of sweet cream

It's incredible how much extra pop these selections have, it's complex, delicious, lovely.
