Nose:
Bright, malty, rife with fruit and dessert. Sweet cream, apple pie, peach cobbler. Rising bread, a hint of citrus zest.

Taste:
Medium mouth feel, no real heat despite the proof. Peach cobbler is out in force today, with a bit of oak, pepper, faint minerality.

Finish:
Long finish, bright and fruity with an ashy finish.

Overall:
Fun and unique, though it can’t hold a candle to its older sibling cask from the same project.
