  • Intro:

This is an undisclosed single malt from Blackadder, bottled at cask strength with no coloring or filtering. Let's dive in.

  • Nose:

Vanilla, perfume, fresh baked bread, lavender, honeysuckle and toffee.

  • Taste:

Sweet toffee, vanilla, belgian waffle, pepper and honey. Floral, sweet, some peppery spice. Heat grows with time.

  • Finish:

Long, sweet with some fresh baked bread and cake. Pepper, some sulfur, some tobacco. Heat is very in check here. Sweet and doughy.

  • Overall:

I like this, not over the moon for it, but it’s unique. I can’t think of many things I’ve had like it.
