  • Intro:

This is a 10 year IB from Bunnahabhain that is bottled at cask strength and matured full term in a first fill sherry butt.

  • Nose:

Sweet sherry and the maritime air. Molasses, Turkish delight and figs. Grapes, raisins, dates and moderate peat.

  • Taste:

Sweet sherry, fruity and nutty with lots of salted toffee.

  • Finish:

Long and deeply complex. Everything from the nose and palate carry into the finish and just stick around.

  • Overall:

I'm beyond impressed and this is an easy favorite for me from the three. There's just so much going on in this dram. I'd buy again in a heartbeat.
