    This is one of a four cask release by Loch and Key, Redstone and Norfolk Wine and Spirits. Four different casks using four different marrying casks from Compass Box were released as part of the Holy Triumvirate collection. This is Marrying Cask #1. Let's dive in.

  • Nose:

    Sweet honey, sweet toffee, sweet creme brûlée. All desert, all sweet, i’m in to it.

  • Taste:

    Thin to medium, pepper, sweet almond, lots of apple pear and melon. Grows hot but more complex.

  • Finish:

    Long and powerful, lots of honey, almond, pecan, pepper, pear and melon.

  • Overall:

    Delightful and delicious. Amazing what these can do.
