    This is one of a four cask release by Loch and Key, Redstone and Norfolk Wine and Spirits. Four different casks using four different marrying casks from Compass Box were released as part of the Holy Triumvirate collection. This is Marrying Cask #10. Let's dive in.

  • Nose:

    Apples, pecans, vanilla bean and toffee. Sweet and fruity.

  • Taste:

    Medium mouth feel. Mild heat, in check. Vanilla bean, toffee, pepper, pear and apple.

  • Finish:

    Long, rich and powerful. Sweet, peppery, complex with loads of vanilla and complex dessert notes.

  • Overall:

    Big fan of this one. An excellent look at well these can perform when the factors are right.
