  • Intro:

This is one of a four cask release by Loch and Key, Redstone and Norfolk Wine and Spirits. Four different casks using four different marrying casks from Compass Box were released as part of the Holy Triumvirate collection. This is Marrying Cask #31. Let's dive in.

  • Nose:

Sweet buttery biscuits, toffee, praline, sweet cream and rich caramel. Faint pepper.

  • Taste:

Medium mouth feel. Pepper, apple, almond, yeasty fresh baked bread, sweet cream.

  • Finish:

Short, pepper, sulfur, Red Vine candies, sweet bread and toffee.

  • Overall:

Interesting and unique but not mind blowing. Not my favorite of this release series.
