This was a bottle that I tried blind and then took a stab at guessing the provenance.
Bready, super yeast forward. Fresh baked dough. Salted caramel. Really malty. Buttered popcorn, vanilla bean, faint musty and fruity.
Sweet, honey, toffee. Medium mouth feel, light heat. Caramel, salted caramel candies, mild smoke. Faintly ashy, maritime air. Burning wood, more bread and fresh baked donuts and icing.
Medium length, salt, pepper, caramel. bready with ashy burning wood fading away
Quite a bit going on here and its all in the ashy dessert department which is a profile I welcome greatly. Delicious.
