Excerpt: The palate is dry and nutty, austere and spare: cocoa powder, herbal oak, licorice tea, mint, raw walnuts, and pecans. More walnuts, mint, licorice, dry oak, and black pepper on the finish.
Excerpt: All told, this is a really interesting concept that is, unfortunately, a bit undone by a base spirt that’s a bit too young and brash when paired with the delicate character of the tea.
