Sweet creamy lemon zest. Pepper. Mild trace of brine. Overall, very sweet and peppery. Like a peaty lemon dessert. Mmmm
Sweet and peppery. Good bit of peat influence melding nice with lots of vanilla cream. Really quite fruity. Some nice brine in there also.
Long, and surprisingly complex. Theres a little heat, but its mostly sweet, salty and peppery.
For a budget CS whiskey this is really something great. I got a sample of this from a friend and had no idea what I was in for. Needless to say, I was very surprised. It's delicious and complex.
