    Four Roses

  • ABV:

    57.1%

  • Intro:

Four Roses releases single barrels of a specific recipe at cask strength as their private pick program.

  • Nose:

Super prominent honey, caramel, toffee - everything sweet and pleasant. Like a really bold Werthers with a faint melon note.

  • Taste:

Thick, rich. Medium heat. Sweet honey, confectioners sugar, caramel and toffee. Minute floral notes with some white pepper and faint fruitiness. Nice oak presence.

  • Finish:

Long, no heat. Nice blend of pepper, oak, caramel and general sweetness. Really something.

  • Overall:

Another home run 4R pick. The sweets and oak balance well and deliver another tried and true OESK combination for the win.

  • Score:

    7
