Nose:
Pungent dough, salted caramel, light ash and sea air. Intoxicating creme brulee.

Taste:
Honey, brine, fresh baked bread, toffee. Nice ash character, some minerality. Salted caramel. Delightful.

Finish:
Long, rich and savory. Ash, soapstone, faint burning wood, fresh baked cake, salted caramel. Savory and delightful.

Overall:
I love this. This is rich, powerful, savory and quintessentially Glen Scotia. Yum.
