Excerpt: The palate follows suit, though a moderate citrus pop adds some drama here. It isn’t enough to wash away the youth, though, showcasing notes of unripe banana and toasted bread, punctuated with notes of green herbs. I get a slight scallion note on the finish, which isn’t my favorite way to finish a dram.
Excerpt: It's simple, sweet and better served as a warm up or thoughtless dram rather than a dram to sit down and really think about. The bottle says to expect "spicy ginger, orange peel and sherry" but the first two are entirely absent.

House Review
Intro:
I got this at fluke pricing a while back ($32) and thought...hm, why not. I'd like to preface this review saying that temptation shouldn't always be entertained.
For $32 (the fluke price I got it at) it's fine but it's young, thin and a tad hot. I see it over $40 around here which is a waste. It's simple, sweet and better served as a warm up or thoughtless dram rather than a dram to sit down and really think about. The bottle says to expect "spicy ginger, orange peel and sherry" but the first two are entirely absent.
