  • Nose:

Beautiful and rich on the nose, this is perhaps the most balanced, despite also being the most oaky, Jack Daniel's I've had on my desk. Rich oak, sweet cream, heavy tobacco, light nectarine.

  • Taste:

Thick and rich on the palate, it's opulent and savory, sweet and full of flavor. Caramel, honey, light banana nut muffin notes, rich tannin and plenty of velvety texture.

  • Finish:

Long finish, absolutely packed with flavor. Banana notes subdued by rich caramel, heavy oak, toffee, pipe tobacco and pure dessertiness.

  • Overall:

A heavy hitter from Jack Daniel's to say the least. Two extra years makes a massive difference over the 10, and this pour is just lovely.

  • Score:

    8
