Excerpt: Like my real friends who called me out on this, thank you for helping me keep it real and staying in touch with my roots. As I gladly walk down this old road with you, I learn more about you, me and Mr. Daniels.
Excerpt: Overall there is a strange chemically taste that runs through the whole thing. On the rocks it tightens up and brings out a bit more of the caramel.
Excerpt: It’s always made me laugh that fine gentlemen such as Lemmy Kilmister or Keith Richards were so deep into Jack Daniels. Have they ever tried Octomore? Seriously, this is no bad whiskey at all, it’s just very consensual. Some aspects remind me of Dad’s Southern Comfort.
Excerpt: The bitter finish seems uncharacteristic when considering the sweet nose. Overall, the availability, price, and popularity make this Tennessee Whiskey worth keeping on the bar, if only to make a Jack & Coke for your whiskey loving friends.
Excerpt: Familiar maple syrup color and vanilla and oak flavor, good dose of alcohol burn. Finishes relatively dry, with some vanilla and caramel. Jack and Coke is the classic combo.
Excerpt: When looking for a budget whiskey one of the best things a brand can offer are memorable characteristics. Thankfully that is something the standard Jack Daniel’s offers in spades.

House Review
Intro:
This bourbon, yes bourbon, is a product from Jack Daniels in Tennesee where their bourbon is made. This bourbon is one of the better selling bourbons the world over. This bourbon is filtered like many other bourbons before and after it. Lets see how this bourbon is.
Nose:
Bananas, laffy taffy. Honey, sugar, all artificially sweet notes.
Taste:
Thin, no heat. Vanilla, banana, more banana runts and laffy taffy.
Finish:
Short and astringent, no escaping that youthful banana.
Overall:
All banana, it's young and astringent for the proof.
