Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy is a high end, moderately limited release from the distillery. It features a high but not absurd pricetag.
Honey, fresh baked bread. Vanilla, light pepper. Some oak, not a ton. Lighter.
Scotchy, lightly ashy. Honey, toffee, pear, apple, vanilla bean. Caramel and caramel apple.
Apples, pears, light ash, pepper, nice oak structure.
Nothing tremendous but very solid. Delightfully complex, though on the lighter side of an oaky profile.
