Excerpt: At around three years old, O.H. Ingram River Aged Straight Rye has had enough time in the barrel to mature nicely and develop some interesting and delicious flavors. Although quite delicious, $80 is quite steep for a rye whiskey of this age. Regardless, it’s worth a try!
Excerpt: Also like their whiskey, River Aged Rye showcases a viscous mouthfeel and lack of any youthful notes, which is especially notable considering its age.
Excerpt: O.H Ingram River Aged Whiskey is well on its way to being a great core release. It shows off decadent sweetness and a bit more oak than expected for the age, indicating just a year or two more age should turn this already good whiskey into something to really keep your eye on.

Intro:
Distilled by MGP and aged on O.H. Ingram's floating barge, this rye whiskey is aged at least 3 years and features a pretty impressive story.
Nose:
Sweet cream, brown butter, cake batter and almost a touch of demerara sugar. Sweet overall, with just a touch of clove and spice.
Taste:
Medium body on the palate, plenty of character. No youth which is impressive. Sweet, buttery, brown sugar. Light pepper and spice.
Finish:
Moderate finish, once again pleasantly sweet with a zip of pepper, clove and some nutmeg to complete the profile.
Overall:
O.H Ingram River Aged Whiskey is well on its way to being a great core release. It shows off decadent sweetness and a bit more oak than expected for the age, indicating just a year or two more age should turn this already good whiskey into something to really keep your eye on.
