  • Intro:

Distilled by producers in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee, this release from Stellum is set to celebrate the Hunter's Moon of October. All components are blended and bottled at cask strength as the latest entry in Stellum's Black Label series.

  • Nose:

Sweet and nougat forward, this bourbon is rich on the nose, with quite a bit of cocoa, cream, peanut brittle, caramel candies and a rich, fresh bread note.

  • Taste:

Rich and supple on the palate. Great viscosity while drinking well below its proof. Cola, root beer, peanut brittle, toffee, rich oak and caramels.

  • Finish:

Punchy finish, with a touch of ethanol and plenty of oak. Sweet at first with more peanut brittle, tough of berry and more cream and nougat. Grows drier and spicier over time.

  • Overall:

Vibrant and full of texture, it starts sweet and nutty on the nose and grows drier and more oak forward as the dram progresses. Interesting, unique, and complex.
