  • Nose:

Bold and herbal, the rye spice drives hard with rich maple and a sweet waffle cone note.

  • Taste:

On the palate the maple sweetness continues, layering in heavy tannin and more herbal, rye spice. Black pepper, orange peel, clove, candied ginger, a prickle of ethanol and a touch of spearmint.

  • Finish:

Long finish, straying heavy and herbal some more. Spearmint, dill, a dollop of pepper, the prickle of ethanol continues although balanced against a resurgence of maple.

  • Overall:

Overall, this pour doesn't falter for a moment, it's rye through and through. If you love rye, bold rye and boisterous rye, this is for you.
