  • Intro:

An impressive milestone: 10 years. Wyoming Whiskey has recently bottled its oldest (as far as we can tell) offering and released it at high proof, to boot. Let's dive in and see what (relatively) high-age-statement Wyoming bourbon can do.

  • Nose:

Rich fruit, honey, red berries and toffee. Sweet oak and crème brûlée, beautiful dessert character with an oaky, tobacco richness.

  • Taste:

Sweet on the palate, well-aged with plenty of creamy oak, crème brûlée, tobacco, caramel candies and pepper. Clove, a touch of candied ginger, nutmeg and more, pleasant oakiness.

  • Finish:

Long finish, rich and full of caramel, creme brulee, caramelized sugar and oak. Pipe tobacco, a touch of Luxardo cherry richness and more honey.

  • Overall:

Wowzers - what a bottling for an anniversary celebration. This is a winner from tip to tail and a pour that’s hard to say goodbye to.
